Subhasree Ganguly, born Nov 3, 1989, mader her acting debut with an Oriya film 'Mate Ta Love Helare' opposite Anubhav Mohanty, and since then she has been doing Oriya films regularly alongside Bengali ones. Her Bengali debut was with immensely popular Dev in the movie Pitri Bhumi (Father's Land). She also won a best debut award in popular Bengali Awards Anandalok for her role in Bajimat.
